Looking for a culinary solution for your family meals, a baptism, a communion at home or for any other occassion? We offer a menu of takeaways including entrees, dishes, desserts, appetizers and many other specialties. Whether you are from the country of Auray or Morbihan, the chef has concocted many recipes to please your guests for lunch or dinner.

We know that each event has a very specific organization, which is why, depending on your request and your equipment, we will propose a suitable solution!

Knowing that our dishes and recipes are made from fresh and seasonal products, we kindly ask you to order at least 72 hours in advance.  




Appetizers are ideal to accompany your aperitifs! Julien Doupeux, the chef of Sainte-Anne d'Auray's restaurant, and his team offer 2 formulas:

Fish rillettes with homemade brioches: 3 €

6 different salty cuts per person: 7 €  




The gourmet starters to take away will sublimate your family meals! Thus, we offer you the choice of 2 kinds of entries:


Tartar of crabmeat and smoked salmon, curry vinaigrette: 10 €

Medallion of pickled guinea fowl, chorizo, pequillos: 9 €

50 g of foie gras accompanied by chutney: 7 €

Fillet of ray wing fish, lemon, capers and tarragon: 7 €


Saint Jacques "à la Bretonne" (from November to March only): 10 €

Pistachio cod, declination of cauliflower and grapefruit: 10 €

Seared foie gras and langoustine, mushroom of the moment: 14 €




To continue in organizing your meal, we first offer a set of meats. Also know that all our dishes are accompanied by a garnish.  


Baked guinea fowl guinea fowl, potato gratin: 10 €

Fillet of duck with Madeira sauce and potato rœsti: 11 €

Melanie veal medallion: 14 €

Smoked beef fillet, dolphin potato, black garlic condiment from Billom: 16 €  

The Royal style hare, pasta, truffles (according to arrivals and with a minimum of 20 people): 15 €

Ham on the bone (about 8 to 9 kg) for about 25 people: 160 €

Saint Pierre pounti, white wine sauce, truffle flavor: 15 €

Tournedos of Yellow Pollock, apple Anna, bacon sauce: 14 €

THE party menu


Our festive menu is a menu that includes 4 courses as well as appetizers. The price is 40 € per person. Here is its content, especially imagined by the chef Julein Doupeux.

THE dessert


To end your meal in beauty, we offer a set of desserts that will delight the most greedy. Ideal to finish on a good note and delight your guests!

Vacherin perfume of your choice: 3 €
(vanilla, chocolate, coffee, exotic, blackcurrant, red fruits ...)

Carapom ': 3 €
(sponge cake, caramel mousse, salted butter caramel, pan-fried apples)

The exotic: 3 €
(coconut flavored biscuit, passion fruit cream, mango mousse and pineapple)

Heart of St. Anne: 5 €
(almond biscuit, salted butter caramel, creamy vanilla flavor, chocolate mousse)

Ardèche tart € 3.50 - for 6 people: € 20
(chestnuts and pear coulis)

Norwegian omelette at Grand Marnier: 3 €
(minimum 4 people)

5 small sweet cuts to finish the meal: 5 €




Finally, to accompany your dishes, or even to make you a sweet or savory pleasure, several specialties are offered:

Pasta of fruits: 7 € / 200g

Macarons: 10 € the 12 pieces (to order 48h in advance)

Buckwheat butter: 20 € / kg (according to availability)

Buns with figs: 0,30 €

piece White rolls: 0,20 €

piece Olive rolls: 0,50 € each
