BECAUSE THE HOSTEL IS CAVISTE FOR OVER 35 YEARS ..

Proud of its wine list as well as its cellar, L'Auberge has developed for many years a very large menu consisting of 400 to 500 wine references, changing according to the seasons and according to the vintages. Thanks to the many meetings with the winemakers of the territory, Jean-Luc Larvoir was able to constitute a very rich cellar of wines, from all regions, more subtle and spectacular than the others.

QUALITY AND VALUES

 SIDE OF WINES 

The Auberge highlights many regions of France for its wine cellar: Provence - Bordeaux - Burgundy - Beaujolais-Lyonnais - Rhone Valley - Loire - Languedoc - South West - Alsace - Jura - Savoie 

To make you travel and to know flavors from elsewhere, the establishment also has wines of the world, which will surprise the most curious of you, namely wines of Italy, Germany but also of Chile. 

 FROM THE SIDE OF THE CHAMPAGNES 

It is about 30 champagnes that the establishment will be able to offer you during your gourmet stay or during a meal in the gastronomic restaurant. You will be able to seduce you for an immersion in a profusion of bubbles: surprising wines, great vintages and exceptional bottles and prestige. 

 ALCOHOL SIDE 

Concerning alcohol, L'Auberge also has a liquor cabinet, made up of a large collection of Whiskeys, Armagnacs, Cognacs, Calvados, Rum and Port. You will also be offered regional aperitifs, digestives or even better, to be immersed in the most exceptional tradition, discover the fine of Brittany, which is nothing but an exceptional brandy.

It is therefore also important to emphasize that the chef and his children have the honor of finding traditional and authentic wines just as they are in search of new wines, for example from organic farming. biodynamic; not for their organic side, but for the respect they give to our regions and their quality. 

PEOPLE

All these wines are not chosen at random, meetings are organized with the winemakers, to be sure of the quality of the wine but also to understand the values ​​and desires of the latter. This is what Jean-Luc Larvoir has done and continues to do over the seasons. He moves in the vineyards, tasting each wine and selecting them for their assets, for their respect of the soil or for the emotions that they allow to evaporate.

TERROIR

One of the wishes that is dear to the Auberge, and not only for the winemakers, but also for all the producers with whom it collaborates, is to promote and promote local products, independent producers. The wines of the owners as well as the wines of the soil are thus put in the honor.

Maxime Magnon offers wines from organic agriculture without any use of pesticides or insecticides, but which today represent quite noble wines.
